**_Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL._** Octagon is looking for a driven and organized Senior Account Executive to join the Partner Management team supporting one of our flagship Formula 1 clients.

In this role, you'll help deliver the day-to-day management of the client partnership, ensuring seamless execution across partnership rights, co-marketing initiatives, and client servicing. You'll serve as a key agency contact for the client’s sponsorship team, supporting partnership fulfillment, pass-through rights, and integrated marketing programs. Working closely with clients, rights holders, and internal teams, you'll help optimize the partnership to support the client’s global marketing and business objectives while maintaining operational excellence across the account.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO Support the day-to-day management and delivery of the partnership Serve as a primary agency contact for client sponsorship teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners Maintain key account tools, including rights inventories, asset trackers, status reports, and action tracker Support co-marketing initiatives by developing sell-in presentations, contributing to strategic planning, and advising partners on integrating Formula 1 assets into their campaigns Manage partnership approvals, asset requests, and rights fulfillment Support global pass-through activations and

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR An impressive work ethic with the initiative to consistently go above and beyond A passion for and expertise in sports, particularly in Formula 1 2-4 years of account management or client services experience working with sports & entertainment properties, leagues and/or teams and an understanding of the sports sponsorship space Proven success in building positive client relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and strict timelines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Smartsheet is a plus Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Low (0-15%) This position pays $50,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.   • Passion for sports, especially Formula 1, with flexibility to work hybrid and travel up to 15%
