About the role

THE ROLE This ServiceNow Architect is responsible for technical leadership and solution architecture for complex implementations, integrations, and partner-built applications with a focus on Healthcare provider workflows. This includes products such as HCLS, HCO, Clinical Device Management, Field Service Management, ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, and related capabilities. They should have knowledge and experience of defining application and data architecture roadmaps for significant business / functional scopes.

They provide leadership and advocacy, as well as providing hands-on support as needed and assisting in troubleshooting/problem-solving. The ideal candidate has ServiceNow partner Build program experience, understands Epic EHR workflows and integrations, and can translate clinical and operational needs into governed ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Engagement Lead / Participate in Client Workshops to gather business & technical requirements / user stories Consult customers and team members on industry and ServiceNow best practices Deliver on Scoped Application Development and integrations Configure / Build Application UI and Workflows Requirements & Analysis Define current- and future-state architectures, process and data models, integrations, nonfunctional requirements, and roadmaps for HCLS, HCO, Clinical Device Management, Field Service Management, and Epic EHR interoperability.

Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of technical best practices and standards Adhere to ServiceNow development standards Delivery & Implementation Support Ability to balance Agile delivery with governance, quality, speed, and business value; Create clear diagrams, estimates, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.

Development of required integrations components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services) Service Catalog structuring and Portal Development (Widget configurations) Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards Follow SDLC best practices including those around proper testing and code documentation Quality, Adoption & Documentation Ensure solution designs support usability, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.

Develop and contribute to client‑facing documentation including process documentation, training materials, and release notes. Document solution and integration models as relevant for project and client teams to consume. Leverage NOW Create documentation to drive alignment with ServiceNow standards and best practices. Internal Contribution Contribute to the evolution of Nordic ServiceNow delivery standards, templates, and accelerators. Share knowledge and best practices within the ServiceNow communities of practice.

Support practice leadership with estimation inputs, solution scoping, and pre‑sales discovery when needed. Skills and Experience Healthcare provider experience or knowledge of the ServiceNow HCLS and HCO products Familiarity with modules like CSM, HCLS, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and App Engine Familiarity with Service Exchange (Service Bridge) architecture Familiarity with Domain Separation architecture Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and stack development objects (CMDB, Workflows, Scripting, ACLs, etc.

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Minimum Years of Experience 7+ Year of Experience in the ServiceNow platform Certified System Administrator (CSA) required Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for related products preferred As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to verify and provide documentation demonstrating the required ServiceNow certifications, licenses, or credentials.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Epic and other EHR experience covering clinical workflows and integrations. Partner Build program experience with scoped applications, packaging, release governance, documentation, certification readiness, and lifecycle support. Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
  • Healthcare provider knowledge, ServiceNow HCLS/HCO product experience, and Epic EHR clinical workflow integration expertise
  • Partner Build program experience, deep ServiceNow architecture knowledge, and Agile/Scrum working knowledge
