POSITION TITLE: Software Engineering Intern POSITION LOCATION: Remote, USA PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and implement software requirements Format, validate and upload data Perform database schema changes Automate existing manual tasks through use of script development Make changes to the software code to resolve defects and make it more reliable Perform debugging and root cause analysis for issues Communicate with the users to better understand their needs Develop unit tests Assist with other tasks, e.g., code review, testing, and test automation, as needed Employee must complete

training relating to HIPAA/PHI (protected health information) privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training within first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements. Employee must pass post-offer criminal background check. QUALIFICATIONS: BS Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline / high quality bootcamp class / equivalent work experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Good working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, e.g.. JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.
