Coordinate with VA stakeholders, product owners, technical leads, security personnel, and subcontractors to resolve priorities, approvals, handoffs, and operational problems.
Support transition-in and steady-state operations, including incumbent knowledge transfer, service continuity, and operational handover; promote process improvement, automation, and measurable productivity gains. Provide management escalation support for urgent incidents when required.
