The Senior Manager, KHMS - Yield leads two critical areas of work. First, this role leads implementation and governance of yield standards in North America, ensuring global metric definitions and reporting standards are consistently deployed and translated into strong performance routines. Second, this role owns KHMS adoption across one manufacturing Pod (3-5 plants), partnering directly with plant managers and plant staff to improve KPI results through stronger KHMS execution.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Yield Standards Implementation & Governance: Lead implementation and governance of yield standards in North America, aligned to global metric definitions and reporting standards.

Yield Performance Management: Monitor yield performance, support performance routines, and drive follow-through on gaps and loss opportunities.

KHMS Coaching & Adoption: Own KHMS adoption across one manufacturing Pod, coaching plant managers and plant staff on routines, behaviors, and execution discipline to improve KPI performance.

Capability Building & Problem Solving: Support problem solving, capability building, and sharing of best practices across their Pod.

Digital Tool Adoption: Partner with digital and cross-functional teams to strengthen tool adoption and performance visibility.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

Bachelor of Science degree required

8+ years of manufacturing experience required, preferably in high-speed CPG manufacturing

3+ years of experience in KHMS, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement required

Strong understanding of KPI management, yield improvement, and performance routines

Proven ability to coach leaders and frontline teams and drive execution through influence

Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate standards into practical plant-level execution

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a ​Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.​ Additionally, this role requires ​normal working hours and travel up to 50%.​

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
