Senior Finance Manager, RGM – AFH & I at a Glance….

The Senior Finance Manager, RGM is an integral part of the Away From Home and Ingredients (AFH&I) Category Finance team, providing key financial analysis and insights to the AFH&I Business Unit. The AFH&I Category Finance team will own the P&L for the BU, and will work collaboratively with their Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations counterparts to drive the business forward

What’s on the menu?

AFH&I ($2.5B) Business Unit Lead for all Revenue Management Reporting and Routines, (e.g. Monthly: Inflation/Cost Review, Commodity Pricing (Dairy & Meats), NPD Market Share and Competitive Movement Review, PPA Pipeline, etc.)

Strategic initiatives: IMM, PPA, Innovation Pricing Assumptions

Quarterly List Price Review and Proposal; Annual/3YP Price Plan Creation

Overall Trade Efficiency & Promotion Efficiency and Profitability

Connectivity to Core Monthly FP&A Routines: Demand Review, Monthly Business Review, Detailed GROC, Stage Gate, PMR etc.

Consistently manage executive stakeholders (BU & Platform President) ensuring appropriate visibility is conveyed in a concise and actionable manner

Ensure business risks and opportunities are readily apparent, partnering in counter-measure creation, and ensure timely execution through KPI tracking

Key partner to technology enablement for sales finance including cross-channel price correlation

Analytical review of business results vs financial targets while providing data-driven insights and recommendations inclusive of external industry performance

Continuous improvement to modeling, analytics, and preparation of management summaries and presentations

Ensure end to end internal data validity and visibility for all cross functional partners

Manage and develop high performing team; unlocking analytical ability, concise reporting, influencing, creating key pipeline of finance talent for organization

Ad hoc projects as needed

BA/BS in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is required, MBA or advanced degree preferred

5+ years of related experience

Ability to manage multiple concurrent process, navigating multiple stakeholders, while producing high-quality routines

Significant foundation in core economic principles, awareness to core CPG strategies such as mix management and price pack architecture

Critical ability to unpack ambiguity, derive material drivers, and execute countermeasures

Drive senior leadership focus through concise communication

Prior Commercial Finance / Revenue Management experience preferred

Thorough understanding of the full PnL and associated metrics

High comfort level with being single point of contact for internal and external reporting

Guide broad cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met in timely manner

Ability to collaborate with cross functional business partners

Self-starter and inquisitive

Ability to pair quantitative analysis with cross-functional qualitative input

Management experience preferred

Strong PowerPoint, Tableau/PowerBI, and Excel skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
