Job Description
The Manager, PMR will help drive the capability, process, governance, and tool improvements required to strengthen Kraft Heinz North America’s innovation performance. This role partners closely with Business Unit leaders, Portfolio/PMO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Marketing) to standardize “how we run innovation,” improve visibility and decision-making, and embed consistent routines that enable stronger pipeline health, prioritization, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support NA rollout and adoption of Innovation Transformation priorities (capability, culture, ways of working, governance).
Build and maintain portfolio management routines and governance (e.g., portfolio reviews/PMRs, Stage Gate routines), including clear expectations for who does what and when.
Establish and reinforce portfolio health metrics and performance management routines (e.g., status, risk, escalation, prioritization, pipeline, resourcing).
Translate portfolio and execution data into clear insights for leaders (visibility to progress, risks, bottlenecks, tradeoffs).
Help refine and implement prioritization approaches (filtering, scoring, and governance logic) to guide investment and sequencing decisions.
Standardize and support adoption of business case formats, thresholds, and governance to improve decision quality and speed.
Improve visibility to project resource demand and capacity.
Support creation of resourcing governance and routines to proactively manage constraints and enable delivery.
Identify root causes behind portfolio changes or performance gaps and drive practical corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project, program, portfolio management, commercialization, or transformation roles.
Demonstrated experience working with portfolio metrics and business/financial concepts (e.g., investment levels, tradeoffs, prioritization).
Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams; able to drive alignment and accountability.
Experience implementing or improving processes, governance, and/or management systems to support execution.
Structured problem solving (ability to simplify complex topics into clear steps and decisions).
Clear communication (can translate data into executive-ready insights and actions).
Collaborative leadership (drives outcomes through influence, facilitation, and follow-through).
High attention to detail and data integrity (ensures accuracy in portfolio and performance reporting).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Stage Gate routines, PMR/portfolio review cadences, or structured governance in a commercialization/innovation setting.
Experience with analytics/BI dashboards, portfolio tools, or system-enabled performance reporting
Exposure to resource capacity planning approaches in project-based environments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
