Job Description

This is an opportunity to design for highly impactful brands—where craft, clarity, and consistency truly matter. Join Brand, Creative as a Graphic Designer and help bring JPMorganChase’s brand to life through high-impact creative that connects with people across a complex portfolio of audiences and business needs.

As a Graphic Designer on the Brand, Creative team, you’ll concept and produce brand-defining creative that helps JPMorganChase show up clearly and consistently across touchpoints. You’ll design and refine assets across channels (digital and print collateral), contribute to visual systems that enable efficient, on-brand execution, and collaborate with partners across marketing, product, and creative to solve design challenges from brief through delivery.

This role is built for a designer with strong craft and sound judgment—someone who can balance creative ambition with precision, speed, and consistency at enterprise scale.

Job responsibilities

Provide expert brand design support for our Olympic partnership, delivering polished creative that meets high visibility and high-craft standards.

Build, evolve, and maintain visual identity systems and toolkits that enable consistent execution across partnership assets and channels.

Develop and execute creative concepts and designs across card design, packaging, email, print collateral, publication, and other partnership-related applications.

Apply advanced typography, color theory, layout, and photography direction to produce elevated, engaging work.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve design challenges, align on objectives, and deliver cohesive creative outcomes.

Present and clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and brand standards to team members and stakeholders.

Remain current on trends in design, sport, art, and culture—bringing fresh perspective to partnership storytelling.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision and excellence.

Integrate AI systems and emerging technologies into your workflow to enhance exploration and execution while maintaining a high bar for craft.

Champion a maker’s mindset and foster a collaborative, team-oriented creative culture.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

3–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication design.

Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Portfolio showing strong design fundamentals and range across multi-channel deliverables (digital, print, and presentation work).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, including efficient file setup and organized working practices.

Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and image-making/selection.

Demonstrated ability to work within (and help maintain) brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.

Comfort partnering cross-functionally and communicating clearly in critiques, reviews, and stakeholder conversations.

High attention to detail with strong quality control—from concept through final production files.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with solid prioritization and time management.

Interest in experimenting with and adopting AI-enabled tools/workflows to support design exploration and execution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience designing for large, complex organizations or multi-brand environments with multiple stakeholders and approval paths.

Experience contributing to or evolving design systems, templates, toolkits, or scalable visual frameworks.

Ability to art direct or collaborate on imagery/illustration, including selecting, commissioning, or guiding assets when needed.

Comfort partnering with external agencies, freelancers, or production vendors to deliver work on time and on brand.

Interest in exploring new tools and workflows (including AI-enabled) to improve efficiency and creative output.
