Your work will span campaign concept through launch, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing performance monitoring to identify optimization opportunities that drive measurable results.

Integrate data-driven marketing efforts into measurement plans, identifying test-and-learn opportunities that deliver on marketing objectives and contribute to the broader enterprise learning agenda

Deliver weekly plan-versus-actual pacing and channel mix reporting, quarterly performance readouts for senior leaders, and post-campaign retrospectives that inform future plans

Translate media performance data into clear, actionable takeaways accessible to non-technical stakeholders and senior business leaders

Develop local media strategy, including travel to priority markets to build a tailored marketing approach in each market

Review media documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved strategy and budgets

Manage invoicing to ensure billing aligns with approved business cases, and develop change controls or business cases supporting paid media campaigns

Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, execution, and delivery against timelines

Proven ability to translate technical concepts and media performance data into presentations that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive desired business outcomes across diverse teams

Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve and present data-driven recommendations

Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and developing action plans based on available information
