Job Description

Are you ready to take your media expertise to the next level and make a real impact on a high growth business? The Integrated Media team will be the driving force behind dynamic and powerful paid media campaigns that will position the line of business as a true challenger in the marketplace.

As an Integrated Media Manager, Senior Associate on the Paid Media team, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external media partners to develop and execute impactful strategies that engage audiences and drive business results. Supporting the Firmwide Impact Marketing team – who leads our brand reputation work both domestically and internationally, with a focus on uplifting local communities that build our economies –you’ll be excited by purpose-driven, impact-focused work.

Working within a centralized, team-oriented environment, you will leverage your expertise, creativity, and analytical skills to make a meaningful contribution to your line of business and the broader media team. Your primary areas of focus will include channel planning, partnership building, and internal education.

Job responsibilities:

Assist with architecting high-impact media plans in close partnership with internal paid media teams and external agencies, translating business goals into campaigns that move the needle.

Lead with thought leadership by proactively scouting new advertising opportunities, cultivating relationships with premier media partners, and bringing fresh, first-to-market ideas to the table.

Own campaign performance by managing reporting, surfacing insights, and driving post-campaign optimization that informs what's next.

Align media strategy to Line-of-Business (LOB) objectives and contribute meaningfully to the enterprise's broader learning agenda and best-practice playbook.

Build the roadmap: develop clear timelines for media planning, reporting, and cross-functional projects that keep every workstream on track.

Drive deliverables to the finish line – orchestrating next steps across teams to ensure on-time, on-quality execution against firm deadlines.

Champion operational excellence with a sharp focus on controls, efficiencies, and continuous process improvement.

Design the communication playbook: build repeatable procedures for internal and external communications that streamline requests and accelerate the flow of information across stakeholders.

Manage media budgets and campaigns end-to-end within JPMorganChase's project management system, with precision and accountability.

Partner with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial management across all campaigns.

Collaborate seamlessly with agency partners and business contacts to plan, execute, and elevate paid media activities from concept to completion.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

5+ years of paid media experience at a top-tier media agency or in-house media team, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results on high-stakes campaigns.

Proven mastery of complex, multi-channel campaigns: you've owned high-profile launches end-to-end and confidently steward the communications planning process from brief to brilliant execution.

Exceptional relationship-builder and natural collaborator who earns trust quickly, builds credibility across all levels, and consistently drives business outcomes through influence.

Gifted storyteller who can translate technical concepts and data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations that resonate with non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.

Skilled organizational navigator with the partnering savvy to align stakeholders, unblock decisions, and move work forward inside a large, matrixed enterprise.

Battle-tested project manager with a history of leading large-scale, high-visibility initiatives on time, on budget, and on brand.

Comfortable in ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect information; you synthesize what's available, build a smart action plan, and move with confidence.

Solutions-oriented problem solver who turns data into insight and insight into recommendations leadership can act on.

Insatiably curious about emerging media opportunities, with a sharp eye for evaluating, curating, and championing what's next.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

4 year college degree

A background in financial services or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years paid media experience with proven results in complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and project management skills in large, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and lead high-visibility initiatives on time and budget
