As the Strategic Programs - Vice President in Global Security, you will be instrumental in oversight, management, and implementation of key programs that advance the firm’s corporate security strategy, enhance security capabilities, and cultivate effective collaborations across functional and product teams.

In this role, you will ensure that security initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives and responsive to emerging threats, while supporting innovation and operational excellence through the integration of security best practices and the promotion of a proactive risk management culture.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate across multiple Global Security functions to identify emerging security trends, threats, and opportunities to inform strategy and capability development

Partner with leaders across Corporate Security to develop and advance multi-year strategic planning to maintain a clear view of departmental priorities, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks

Advance Global Security's Operating Model by establishing effective governance structures, leadership forums, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms that strengthen organizational effectiveness and industry standing

Drive progress, identify risks and blockers, escalate issues, and facilitate resolution across Global Security functions and partner teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Technology, Global Real Estate, Legal, and other teams, and represent Global Security in executive-level meetings and working groups

Produce program updates and senior executive briefings that enable accountability and maintain focus on outcomes and measurable results

Lead engagement with Global Security Product teams and support product development and delivery processes

Implement continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, resilience, and scalability

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in organizational strategy, governance, or program management

Expertise in strategic planning and execution of large-scale, multi-year, or complex initiatives

Hands-on experience with monitoring and evaluation programs, including development of indicators, metrics, and reporting frameworks

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present security and technology concepts to a broad range of stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational boundaries, including with senior executives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in organizational strategy, governance, or program management

Significant experience in a similarly complex public or private sector organization (preferably in a regulated context but not limited to the financial industry)

Experience working in or knowledge of security operations, government relations, and product management

Management consulting, internal consulting, or corporate strategy experience

Relevant postgraduate qualification and/or professional certifications

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in organizational strategy, governance, or program management
  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution of large-scale, multi-year initiatives
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills with senior executives
