You will partner with Commercial bankers and interact directly with clients to drive relationship management and seamless product delivery for our Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) offering, providing consistent, high-quality service at every step.

You will take ownership of a complex product and work closely with internal stakeholders—including deal team leads, credit, legal, compliance, and business management—to support credit decisioning, product setup, and effective execution for your customers.

Job Responsibilities

Support Vice Presidents in managing a client portfolio while building strong relationships with customers and internal banking teams.

Advise Commercial Bank US clients and bankers on best practices for Letter of Credit (LC) structuring and setup.

Set clear expectations on product delivery timelines, requirements, and dependencies.

Drive smooth end-to-end LC execution by coordinating activities and proactively removing roadblocks.

Facilitate the LC process with clear client guidance, transparency, and timely status updates.

Prepare client-facing marketing materials outlining the Letter of Credit offering.

Report new opportunities and key deal metrics to ensure accurate, consistent data capture.

Analyze the outstanding LC portfolio by industry and geography to identify pricing and financial trends for budgeting and prospecting.

Coordinate cross-regionally with Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, Legal, and other partners to ensure efficient LC execution.

Support onboarding and lifecycle activity (new facility setup, issuance, amendments, cancellations); oversee/escalate complex topics (collateral, documentation, implementations), align to credit appetite with Underwriters/Credit (including cash collateral needs), and partner with bankers on pricing/market levels and capital rationale.
