Job summary
The Analytics Solutions Manager will support WCP’s monthly profitability close by designing and maintaining data pipelines, automating manual workflows, and applying analytics and machine learning to strengthen quality control, anomaly detection, and reconciliations. The role partners closely with Finance, Technology, and P&A to identify and deliver value-add initiatives and will contribute to the implementation of agentic and LLM-enabled capabilities to improve the close process.
Job responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support the monthly profitability close
Automate manual close steps and reduce reliance on high-touch spreadsheets
Develop scripts and machine learning models for quality control, anomaly detection, and reconciliations
Extract, transform, and deliver financial data to stakeholders on request and on a recurring cadence
Prototype and deploy agentic and LLM-enabled tools that teams can leverage day-to-day
Partner with Finance, Technology, and P&A to scope and deliver value-add initiatives
Communicate results, methodology, and key considerations clearly to senior stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in data engineering and/or data science, ideally in financial services.
Advanced SQL and Python.
Hands-on experience building data pipelines on Databricks or a similar cloud platform.
Experience applying machine learning to real business problems.
Demonstrated track record of automating manual processes and designing simple, maintainable analytics workflows
Familiarity with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Ability to explain technical work to finance and business partners.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Experience with financial close, profitability, FP&A, and/or reconciliation processes.
Hands-on experience building LLM or agentic solutions.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field with 7+ years in data engineering/science, preferably in financial services
- Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience building data pipelines on Databricks or similar cloud platforms
- Proven ability to apply machine learning, automate manual processes, and use BI tools with clear communication to finance/business partners
