Job Description
Help shape our brand expressions by turning partner-provided content into polished, on-brand communications. You’ll use and evolve existing templates and art direction to deliver consistent, high-quality work across marketing channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives on production craft and clear communication at scale.
As a Junior Production Designer on the Brand, Creative team, you’ll produce and adapt print and digital communications using existing templates, components, and visual systems across our portfolio of brands. You’ll work hands-on—primarily in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma—to assemble, version, QA, and refine assets using content provided by our line of business partners.
You’ll also apply established visual direction across channels and support communication design needs, including building clear, effective presentation decks that translate complex topics into polished, easy-to-follow narratives. Your work helps ensure our communications are accurate, consistent, accessible, and on-brand at enterprise scale.
Job responsibilities
Produce high-quality communications by leveraging established templates and component libraries across our portfolio of brands.
Build and update reusable templates, modules, and assets using provided content and requirements.
Apply existing visual direction to new and updated content across multiple channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Adapt layouts for different placements and sizes (e.g., banners, in-app/web placements, social/paid units, print materials where applicable) while preserving hierarchy and intent.
Create and refine presentation decks that clearly communicate complex topics through strong layout, typography, and information design.
Translate Figma designs and established patterns into production-ready executions that function across devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
Perform detailed QA for accuracy, layout integrity, brand compliance, accessibility basics, and adherence to standards before delivery.
Partner with designers, writers, marketers, and production/channel teams to move work efficiently from intake through build, review, and launch.
Maintain and organize template assets, libraries, and documentation so systems can be consistently used across teams.
Identify recurring production challenges (template limitations, content edge cases, versioning needs) and propose scalable improvements.
Support the evolution of production workflows and standards that improve consistency, speed, and quality across the communications ecosystem
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in print and/or digital production design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Experience with ADA and other legal compliance standards
Proficiency in Figma, need to take concepts built in Figma and build print ready assets
Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large format)
Knowledge of pre-press requirements, color management, and file preparation
Experience with vendor management and print proofing
Experience producing assets for web, email, social media, and digital advertising
Understanding of responsive design principles and digital file optimization
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Hands-on experience producing and QA’ing print and digital communications in enterprise production platforms.
Knowledge of accessibility and QA best practices across print and digital communications (e.g., contrast, hierarchy, responsive behaviors, and platform constraints).
Experience adapting existing visual direction to new content across multiple channels and formats.
Comfort working with modular content frameworks, component libraries, and versioning workflows across multiple brands.
Familiarity with AI-enabled production or automation workflows, with strong craft and detail-oriented execution.
Agency or in-house corporate marketing experience preferred
Additional information:
This is a production-first role for designers who take pride in craft, precision, and execution excellence
Success is measured by accuracy, speed, file cleanliness, consistency, and proactive partnership
You will work closely with creative and channel teams to deliver business-as-usual production reliably at scale
A strong portfolio showing production rigor (versioning, templates, print readiness, digital output quality) is essential
