Location: Remote, USA – ability to work on site in major market areas like: Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; and more. What this Job Involves: As the MTS Director of Training Development, you'll play a critical role in building and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our technical and operations teams and clients to excel in their roles.

You'll design engaging learning experiences that span technical competencies, customer service excellence, safety protocols, and operational best practices and process frameworks – all while ensuring alignment with JLL's standards and frameworks for operations, safety, quality compliance, and technical regulations. This position focuses on creating scalable, effective training solutions for Work Order Management Systems and facility management operations for our North America teams, with potential future impact globally.

You'll bridge the gap between complex technical platforms and user proficiency, developing everything from interactive e-learning modules to hands-on workshop experiences. Your work will directly impact service delivery quality, employee development, and client satisfaction across our operations. What your Day-to-Day will Look Like: You'll spend your time developing training strategies, developing and maintaining diverse training, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules that make complex systems accessible to all learning styles.

You'll conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and clients, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different audiences, skill levels and technical requirements. Your role involves continuously assessing training needs across the organization and designing customized programs that address specific gaps and requirements. You'll stay current with platform updates and new software features, quickly incorporating them into training content to keep users informed and proficient. Collaboration is central to your success.

You'll work closely with several internal teams and OEMs to ensure training aligns seamlessly with system implementations, upgrades, safety, and operational excellence. You'll evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics, using data to refine and improve your programs.

You'll also maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best practices, serve as a resource for troubleshooting platform-related issues, and contribute to the continuous evolution of training methodologies, content and training related technology roadmaps across the organization.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably in software, business operations, or technology-related fields Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools including

Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning authoring tools Experience with virtual training platforms and learning management systems Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions as needed Attention to detail with the ability to tailor training content for different geographies and languages (e.g., Canada) Preferred Qualifications Certification in training or

instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) Experience in facilities management or related industries Familiarity with JLL operational frameworks and compliance standards Bilingual capabilities to support multilingual training delivery Additional Requirements Ability to travel up to 20% of the time annually. All training programs must align with JLL standards and frameworks regarding operations, safety, quality compliance, and technical regulations.

Training content may encompass technician/technical requirements related to service work, soft skills and customer service training, safety protocols, and customer-specific operations and service excellence expectations—either individually or in combination, depending on program objectives. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected compensation for this position: 111,800.00 – 162,100.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
