Job Description

Position Overview

International is looking to add a Finance and Insurance Inside Sales Representative to their team in Lisle!

The Finance and Insurance Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle financing and insurance-related products through phone, email, and digital communication channels.

This role involves presenting financing options, explaining protection products, processing customer information, and working with lenders to secure approvals.

The representative builds customer relationships, ensures compliance with lending and regulatory requirements, and helps drive revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.

Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.

Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

Closes new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information into Salesforce CRM tool and credit systems.

Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history and generates leads leveraging OEM order board.

Maintains customer communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems in credit applications, funding

Maintains and improves customer records and recommends improved policies and procedures.

Updates job knowledge by studying new financing product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.

Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Handles both outbound and Inbound customer calling.

Collaborates with marketing in various campaigns.

In field visits may be required. (Travel less than 10%)

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and no experience

OR

At least 2 years of sales experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
