Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead and drive impactful co-marketing initiatives with Intel's strategic partner Microsoft, ensuring alignment with Intel's brand strategies and delivering measurable business results. You will evaluate market trends and competitive programs, manage multi-region campaigns, and guide partners in utilizing Market Development Funds (MDF) effectively.
Your expertise will play a critical role in developing metrics to analyze marketing spend and return on investment, empowering Intel and its partners to collaboratively achieve success in the marketplace. In this role, you will work alongside the Global Field Sales, Business Groups, global and regional marketing, and sales counterparts that are at points of influence throughout the world. You will work directly with partners at Microsoft and build relationships, from mid-level to the most senior managers within their marketing and sales organizations.
This role is responsible for driving strategic decisions that align Microsoft and Intel's global GTM strategies and regional execution engines that materially and measurably contribute to business growth across all segments. In this customer-facing role that must be located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR, your leadership will be critical to champion the design, activation, iteration, and ongoing measurement of results across key lines of Intel + Microsoft business in consumer, commercial client and data center segments.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with the sales team to drive an integrated 4P GTM strategy that supports the account team revenue goals - Drive alignment across the sales and marketing teams at Intel and Microsoft for execution of investment in sales and marketing activities. - Work with the Microsoft global and regional marketing teams to develop a full-funnel marketing strategy across the entire investment portfolio, driving measurable impact for the business. - Lead a team of marketers to build co-branded campaigns, custom product messaging integration, and competitive marketing content.
- Direct multi-region and global co-marketing programs and campaigns to jointly sell with partners and Intel's Industry Sales team. - Develop and oversee partner participation requirements for promotional activities linked to specific products or product lines. - Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities with partners, ensuring alignment with Intel's objectives. - Monitor competitive partner marketing programs and channel trends, adjusting strategies to optimize performance. - Ensure all partner marketing communications and content reflect Intel's brand strategies.
- Guide and support partners in utilizing Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring compliance with guidelines and enabling effective marketing initiatives. - Drive internal reporting and analyze metrics related to partner marketing spend and return on investment, both at the program level and by key accounts. - Report key performance metrics to Sales and Marketing leadership, providing actionable insights to drive improvements. - Inspire and enable teams through goal setting, fostering accountability, and driving differentiated performance management to achieve results.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience - 5+ years in a customer facing role in a Global Sales or Marketing organization - Proven expertise in executing co-marketing programs and campaigns on a global scale. - Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and generating actionable insights. - Demonstrated ability to manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and partner relationships effectively. - Strong knowledge of competitive programs, market trends, and channel dynamics.
- Ability to travel at least once per quarter.
