About the role
As a Solution Engineer specializing in both Boomi and Intapp products, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions, while also possessing in-depth knowledge of Intapp's range of solutions. Your role will involve technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. What you’ll do: Understand Integration Requirements: Collaborate with principal project team members to comprehend the specific integration needs and analyze them to design actionable integration solutions.
Design and Develop Integration Solutions: Use the Boomi platform to create integration processes that facilitate the seamless exchange of data between various systems and applications. Implement Best Practices: Follow industry standards and best practices to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure integration solutions. Troubleshoot and Debug Issues: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues or bugs that may arise during the development or execution of integration processes.
Optimize System Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions, ensuring high throughput and low latency. Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Maintain Data Security: Implement and adhere to security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive data during the integration process.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in integration technologies, cloud environments, and APIs to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. What you’ll need: A minimum of five years of technical implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS professional services organization. A technical degree (BS, MS, or equivalent experience). Proficiency in web services (SOAP & REST), SQL, and office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#. A proven track record of continuous learning and growth. Results-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure with demanding stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience in development methodologies, business process reviews, and design reviews. Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
