Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management is a must.
