Description Commercial Analyst Development Program Manager Job Summary The Commercial Analyst Development Program Manager is responsible for the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Huntington's Commercial Analyst Development Program. This role partners with Commercial Bank leaders, HR, Learning & Development, and University Relations to build a scalable early-career talent pipeline that develops job-ready analysts through structured training, rotational experiences, mentorship and career development.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage the Commercial Analyst Development Program Partner with Commercial Bank leaders to align program curriculum, rotations and development experiences with business needs Manage analyst onboarding, training schedules, rotations, communications, assessments and program operations Facilitate relationships with analysts, managers, executives and program stakeholders Measure and report on program effectiveness, including readiness, engagement, retention and promotion outcomes Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards and business updates
Manage program budget, vendors and resources Drive continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis and business partnership Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources 5+ years of career program management or commercial banking background.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience building structured development programs in alignment with business strategy Out-of-the-box thinker with a “roll-up the sleeves” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail; able to juggle a variety of projects and deliverables while also driving/supporting others toward shared outcomes Solid critical thinking skills - able to anticipate issues, adjust in the moment, and know when to raise hand for help Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively
communicate with all stakeholders – from college student applicants to Executive-level Huntington leadership Management of budgets and building business proposals for program strategies Previous experience that included partnering with business segment and HR leaders Data acumen, with experience using data to inform and influence decision making Highly proficient in Office 365, including (Excel, Teams, PPT, and Word) Comfortable in a matrixed organization and in dealing with ambiguity #LI-NG1 #LI-Onsite Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes

Compensation Range: $70,000-140,000 annually The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
