Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify and define problem statements, leveraging expertise in data science, analytics, and strategy. Develop data-driven strategies andinnovative solutions to address identified challenges, driving organizational growth and transformation. Take alead role in designing and developing prototype solutions that utilize analytical tools and techniques to solvcomplex business problems effectively. Play a pivotal role in delivering impactful and actionable insights
through the development of analytical tools and solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations,actively researching and implementing new analytical methodologies and approaches to enhance the organization's data and analytics capabilities. Hybrid position. Must live within same MSA as office.
Please note: Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Partners with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges, define strategic objectives, and develop data-driven solutions that support organizational priorities.
Leads the development of analytical frameworks, strategies, and recommendations that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Designs, develops, and implements analytical tools, models, and prototype solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Evaluates business processes, operational performance, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborates with technical and business teams to define analytics requirements and deliver scalable reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that meet business needs.
Establishes success measures and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives and strategic recommendations.
Researches emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in analytics, data science, and business strategy to drive innovation and enhance organizational capabilities.
Communicates analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and business insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, through clear and effective presentations and reporting.
Leads and mentors team members by providing guidance on analytical methodologies, problem-solving approaches, and best practices to support professional development and high-quality deliverables.
Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Master’s degree in Software Development, Data Science, Operations Research, Business, Analytics, or a related technical field required.
Experience
5 years of experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, R, Python, etc., with a strong ability to perform data analysis and statistical modeling tasks.
5 years of experience developing prototype solutions and designing experiments to test hypotheses and validate data-driven strategies, leveraging a combination of analytical tools and methodologies.
5 years of experience in data visualization using tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to create visually impactful and insightful representations of complex data.
5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders, to identify and define problem statements, and develop data-driven strategies.
Working Conditions
Physical and Visual Activities: Ability to hear and speak well enough to converse verbally over the phone and in-person (expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken or written word). Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others accurately and easily. Able to see well enough to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the work environment.

Salary: $142,210 - $160,667 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary annual bonus is provided.
The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
