Job Summary This position is responsible for managing of multiple strategic, cross-enterprise implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance; managing, coordinating and driving the development, expansion, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of product throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate and develop product line innovation and strategy; maintain constant awareness of industry trends; and proactively ensure the execution/implementation of the next generation of products.

Job Requirements _ Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry _ Experience managing people or projects _ Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multiyear business and technology projects. _ Understanding of project management tools and methods.

_ Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations. _ Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment. _ Presentation and group facilitation experience. _ Analytical and information synthesis skills. _ Experience managing and mentoring staff. _ Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. _ Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.

_ Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks. _ Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience. _ Business acumen and project/process integration skills. _ Conflict management and resolution skills. _ Understanding of / experience with the SDLC. \* Ability to autonomously manage complex corporate projects, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills. Preferred Job Requirements • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field.

• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, including emerging market trends, regulatory developments, product innovation, and competitive market dynamics. • Experience leading the strategic development and management of product portfolios, including investment prioritization, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle decisions. • Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio or product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy, customer needs, and financial objectives.

• Experience evaluating portfolio performance using financial, operational, market, and customer insights to inform growth, investment, rationalization, and decommissioning decisions. • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional alignment in a matrixed organizational environment. • Knowledge of healthcare product economics, including pricing, profitability, underwriting considerations, and business case development. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
