Job Summary The Director of Coding Compliance will be responsible for developing the business plan and strategy for various lines of business and working with leadership on strategies and business plans for various functions; collaborating across the enterprise to ensure that enterprise strategies align with line of business strategies; representing lines of business and completing deliverables for annual Enterprise Multiyear planning; managing matrix relationships with key enterprise areas; developing executive communication for the lines of business including communications and
presentations for Board Meetings. Required Job Qualifications: _Bachelor's in Medical Record Administration or related healthcare field or equivalent work experience. _10 years of Certification in Coding; Must have national certification in coding _10 Years of Risk Adjustment experience in Medicare, Medicaid and ACA field. _Experience in ICD-10 and HCPCS coding _Familiar with Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audits _Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. _Ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines at once.
_Ability to lead effectively and drive sustainable results in both individual and team settings. _Strong to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word _Analytically driven approach and strong problem-solving skills _Good listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills _Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
_Highly self-motivated and directed _Strong customer service orientation _Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment _Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws _Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines. _Must be able to travel occasionally for required meetings. _ Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs. _ Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases. \* Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI. Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's in Medical Record Administration or related field, or equivalent experience; national coding certification with 10 years of coding and risk adjustment experience.
