We are seeking a strategic and innovative Application Architect to play a key role in advancing our Payment Integrity Product portfolio. In this highly visible position, you will partner with Product, Business, Clinical, Operations, and Technology teams to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions that prevent inaccurate payments, optimize claims adjudication, strengthen payment integrity capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
As a trusted technical leader, you will define and execute application architecture strategies that align business objectives and enterprise roadmaps, while guiding complex solution designs across integrated healthcare platforms. You will serve as a subject matter expert for payment integrity technologies, ensuring seamless integration of applications, databases, and middleware solutions that support critical claims and payment accuracy initiatives.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic architecture leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that maximize value realization, improve healthcare outcomes, and support the organization's long-term digital transformation goals. NOTE: This is a WFH role. Sponsorship is not available including if you are currently on OPT.
Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Information Technology experience, OR technical certification and/or college coursework with 6 years of Information Technology experience, OR 8 years of Information Technology experience. _Experience in application architecture, solution design, or product architecture._Experience with application development platforms and modern programming technologies. _Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. _Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
_Experience with enterprise integration technologies and API-based architecture. _Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. _Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Job Qualifications: _Experience architecting solutions within Healthcare Payer, Payment Integrity, Claims Processing, Revenue Management, or related healthcare domains.
_Deep understanding of Payment Integrity functions, including pre-payment and post payment editing, coding validation, reimbursement methodologies, provider billing compliance, and claims adjudication workflows. _Experience integrating third-party Payment Integrity solutions, including claims editing, audit recovery fraud, waste, and abuse platforms. _Proven ability to design end- to-end enterprise solutions that span multiple systems, products, and business domains. _Strong knowledge of healthcare data and transaction processing, including claims, provider, member, and clinical integrations.
_Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, event driven systems, and modern integration frameworks. _Understanding of application security, healthcare compliance, data privacy, and secure design principles. _Experience leading architecture governance, vendor evaluations, and strategic technology roadmap development. _Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared architectural vision.

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. Base Pay Range $92,700.00 - $167,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
