Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to operationalize key transactions and initiatives while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Lead critical month-end close activities to ensure accurate, timely reporting, delivering key financial results, commentary, and insights to finance leadership.
Lead Construction in Progress (CIP) reviews to identify and address potential impairment risks across real estate assets.
Own and oversee CapEx SOX processes, specifically governing CIP reviews and property purchase accounting.
Advocate for business transformation by leading process improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging large data sets and data visualization solutions to drive operational efficiency.
