Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social).
Experience with marketing collateral, events, or digital assets.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
Experience deploying mobile demos, interactive tech exhibits, or educational programs at public events and entrepreneurial, with the ability to move rapidly from concept to on-the-ground execution with minimal daily guidance.
Understanding of local stakeholders and regional nuances.
Excellent localized storytelling ability, with experience maintaining regional-websites, drafting newsletters, or writing community-focused-collateral.

As a Field Regional Marketing Manager, you will be a vital on-the-ground anchor connecting Google to local stakeholders and communities. Your primary mandate is to help local teams demonstrate Google’s commitment to their communities while maintaining marketing creative, assets, and channels.
Based directly in-region, your currency is your intimate knowledge of the communities, stakeholders, and how Google can best show up for both.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Provide marketing support for community-facing events, like town halls, educational open houses, and sustainability roundtables. Create and manage bespoke educational and community marketing programs where appropriate.
Manage end-to-end logistics for locally focused activities, including managing live event setups, ordering merchandise, and managing vendors when needed.
Refine and deploy mobile demos and educational exhibits at state events to showcase Google’s technology and community contributions. Manage and maintain localized community websites, stories, and newsletters to keep residents updated on regional investments and hiring programs.
Serve as the lead marketing presence across regional hubs, forging relationships with internal leaders and providing materials online, in person, and at events. Identify, negotiate, and execute community event sponsorships and events.
Create state- and community-specific collateral that highlights Google’s approach and contribution in your priority region.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years marketing experience in growth, product, brand, or social marketing.
