We are seeking a transformational Contracts Manager who blends foundational commercial and contract management expertise with a digital-first mindset. In this role, you will not only steer complex agreements across key domains (e.g., Marketing, Professional Services), but also serve as a catalyst for procurement modernization.
You will identify opportunities to deploy AI-enabled workflows, intelligent agreement analytics, and automated clause extraction to compress cycle times, elevate risk intelligence, and scale contracting excellence globally.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end contracting strategy for high-complexity, high-impact engagements; structure agreements to protect business interests, capture supplier innovation, and optimize total cost.
Partner cross-functionally to pilot and scale AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions—including automated clause generation, intake triage, risk scoring, and post-signature obligation monitoring.
Design scalable workflows that strategically leverage extended workforce resources, self-service playbooks, and managed service partners to shift internal bandwidth from routine drafting to negotiation.
Serve as a business partner across Category Management, Legal, Security, Compliance, and executive stakeholders, establishing clear governance and agile negotiation frameworks.
Monitor modern contracting metrics (e.g., cycle time velocity, clause deviation rates, automation adoption, compliance leakage) to iteratively optimize contracting standards and operating models.
