Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in Product Management, Customer Engineering, Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights to influence executive-level decision-makers.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including IaaS compute, storage, and networking products and AI models.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree including Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Management.
Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
Familiarity with data center capacity planning tools & concepts across space & power, compute and storage, and different machine types.
Analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Leverage AI tools to develop demand forecasts for global data center regions across multiple input dimensions including segmented customer consumption, product level usage, & pipeline data to size demand and make procurement decisions against those signals.
Partner with Capacity Planning to design and implement capacity allocations forums for Compute (CPU), Storage, and AI Chips (TPU/GPU), automating and scaling global signaling processes.
Partner with account managers and customer engineers to intake customer capacity requirements and manage them through the capacity and product allocation processes.
Own a set of data center regions and guide them through performance management program including tracking revenue-based metrics across data centers, sales regions, and customers segments. Develop analytics to find root causes of consumption trends and convert those analytics into actionable insights.
Influence executive-level decision-making.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 6 years in relevant fields such as Product Management or Strategy.
- Experience in data analysis and generating insights to influence executive decisions.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure including IaaS compute, storage, networking, and AI models.
