Job Description
The successful candidate has a background in artificial intelligence, data science, and/or data security. The candidate will focus on research and advice for clients who face challenges in artificial intelligence from a cybersecurity perspective. The successful candidate ideally has experience specifically with applying cybersecurity to AI and AI Governance.
What You Will Do:
Develop “must have research” and ideas and offer compelling, actionable approaches to clients' needs through written deliverables
Lead compelling interactions (virtually or in-person) to identify the root cause of a client's challenges and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward
Bring provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can evolve the course of a research agenda
Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights
Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
12 plus years of enterprise experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Risk management with a full or partial focus on information risk or IT risk; Cybersecurity role with full or partial data security or application security focus; Data science or artificial intelligence architecture or implementation
Experience or current interest in: Evaluating controls frameworks and standards for securing AI; Evaluating technology markets that support securing AI; Applying cybersecurity controls to AI and generative AI

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 172,000 USD - 202,500 USD.
