About the role:

Gartner Analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have insights, market predictions and best practices for a broad range of world-leading organizations. A Director Analyst serves as an insights leader within Gartner's Business & Technology Insights group.

As part of Gartner's Assurance Practice, you will join a dynamic team focused on advising Chief Audit Executives and their teams. You will be a trusted source of advice for clients, discussing complex client challenges and offering appropriate recommendations. This role includes both writing and speaking about best practices in audit planning and risk coverage.

What you will do:

Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content

Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs and requests

Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights

Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent work experience

Internal audit experience

Applicable experience with and deep knowledge of the internal audit leader (or Chief Audit Executive) role as well as an industry perspective

Exposure to or working knowledge of common technology solutions utilized by internal audit leaders, such as audit management software tools

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop innovative and dynamic internal risk assessment and audit planning processes

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 148,000 USD - 175,500 USD.
