The NST Consumer Post Sale team is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Sales Coordinator. This team supports Ferguson Home showroom customers from the time of purchase through delivery, ensuring a seamless post sale experience. This role focuses on delivering proactive, world-class customer service while supporting order progression and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing in a fast‑paced, collaborative support environment.
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities Manage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression Deliver world-class customer service through timely, professional communication with customers and internal partners via phone and email Proactively communicate order status and provide updates to support a seamless customer experience Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining focus on the customer and appropriate urgency Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of all
orders Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall service and operational efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Results oriented with a strong customer service mindset High attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism Ability to quickly learn new systems, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize work Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive

The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. - $15.00 - $23.79 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
