Are you in?

Primary Purpose

Modernizes how leadership development is designed, delivered, and measured, owning the AI and digital innovation agenda for the team and building the enterprise measurement, analytics, and dashboards that demonstrate impact. Like all roles on the team, this Manager designs and delivers programming and brings the full suite of instructional design, facilitation, and consulting skills. Its distinct focus is fully digital programming, co-designing the digital experience layer across the team's programs, implementing Exelon's AI coach, and translating learning data into business insight.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how a Fortune 200 energy company brings AI and digital innovation into leadership development, building something new from the ground up and proving its impact at enterprise scale.

This is a multiple‑location posting. The selected candidate may be based out of our Exelon Corporate Office locations in IL, DC, DE, MD, or PA\*\*

Primary Duties

Digital Program Design & Experience, incl. AI & Innovation

Designs fully digital and blended leadership programming, and partners with peers to co-design the digital experience layer across the team's leadership programs, consulting with stakeholders to scope needs and shape solutions.

Leads implementation of Exelon's AI coach within leadership programs and contributes to its broader application across the business, championing high-value, technology-enabled learning approaches through real application.

Brings a modern, digital-first approach to life by designing self-paced and on-demand programming, including microlearning, virtual cohorts, and learning in the flow of work, that scales development beyond live sessions and meets leaders where they are.

Facilitation & Delivery

Facilitates and delivers leadership programming for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders, creating high-quality, engaging experiences that drive behavior change and application on the job.

Brings executive presence and strong facilitation range, adapting in the room to the audience, from frontline people-leaders to senior leaders, and models the leadership behaviors the programming is designed to build.

Measurement, Analytics & Dashboards

Builds and owns the measurement engine for leadership development, designing the dashboards and analytics that track the full set of impact measures (participation, readiness movement, promotion, retention, mobility, behavior change, and business outcomes) against the team's strategic goals.

Turns talent data, workforce insights, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback into actionable insight, surfacing what is working, what is not, and where to improve programming, and packaging results so leaders can see the story the data tells.

Connects leadership development outcomes directly to the Business Talent Review and talent cycle, partnering closely with the HR Operations team on data integration and reporting to keep measurement accurate, scalable, and trusted.

People Leadership, Interoperability & Stakeholder Partnership

Carries a dotted-line relationship to the Directors of Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management, supporting those teams as needed so the team can flex to enterprise priorities as needs shift.

Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships across the Talent Center of Excellence, operating companies, and external partners.

Job Scope

Reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Leadership & Executive Development.

Individual contributor with primary accountability for designing, facilitating, and measuring leadership development programming, with a focus on digital learning, AI coach implementation, and analytics.

Partners closely with the HR Operations team and technology partners on dashboards, analytics, and AI coach implementation.

Supports the wider Talent CoE teams as required based on business needs and priorities.

Collaborates with operating company HR Business Partners to co-develop “One Exelon” solutions that provide flexibility for true business differences.

Travel up to 30% as required to support enterprise leadership development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and business priorities across Exelon locations.

Strong data orientation and the ability to translate data into insight and action.

Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and behavioral science principles.

Ability to deliver even during periods of ambiguity and change, and to support other teams as needed.
