Duly Health and Care is looking for an Executive Director to lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations - owning data center, network, endpoint, and virtual desktop engineering for the largest multi-specialty provider system in the United States. This leader will modernize Duly's infrastructure and cloud footprint, strengthen its security posture in partnership with the CISO, and build a high-performing, accountable team.

This role is a strong fit for an infrastructure and cloud leader who has driven enterprise-scale modernization, manages strategic vendor relationships with rigor, and is energized by building teams that deliver reliable, secure technology services at scale. What You'll Do Leads enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud operations — data center, network, endpoint, virtual desktop, service desk, and field services — ensuring reliable, secure technology services across all Duly locations.

Partners with the CISO to strengthen Duly's cyber-risk posture through targeted technology investment, Zero Trust architecture principles, and continuous process improvement. Directs internal teams and strategic vendors/managed service providers to deliver and maintain secure, highly available infrastructure and cloud services. Defines and executes the strategic roadmap for enterprise technical architecture, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategy, infrastructure modernization, and automation.

Owns operational KPIs across all infrastructure service lines, driving continuous improvement in reliability, cost efficiency, and end-user experience. Ensures mature, efficient use of ITSM practices — incident, request, problem, and change management — through modern platforms. Partners with Finance and senior leadership on cloud cost optimization (FinOps) and technology investment decisions that support Duly's growth.

Builds, develops, and retains a high-performing infrastructure and cloud operations team, keeping skills current with evolving practices such as AI-driven operations (AIOps), automation, and modern endpoint management. Leads cross-functional transformation initiatives that modernize infrastructure while minimizing disruption to clinical and business operations. What You'll Bring Required 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise infrastructure and operations. 10+ years leading complex, cloud-based (hybrid or multi-cloud) enterprise environments.

Proven success leading enterprise technology organizations through modernization and transformation initiatives. Strong technical depth in infrastructure and cloud architecture, with the credibility to engage directly in technical design discussions. Experience managing strategic vendor and managed-services relationships, including technology selection and contract oversight. Experience operating within regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and finance, such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2.

Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams. Preferred Experience with Azure Hosting, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cisco, and Velo SDWAN. Experience in healthcare, multi-site, or other highly regulated environments. Familiarity with AI/automation-driven IT operations (AIOps) and FinOps practices. If you are committed to putting our patients first and helping shape the future of care, you belong at Duly.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $180,000 - $210,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all employment decisions will be made by a person.
