What We're Looking For
3+ years in engineering (industrial, process, computer etc.), consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company - ERP experience not required (but is a major plus)
Systems Thinker. Everything in our business is highly interconnected across people, process, and technology. In order to make progress you need to be able to traverse it, untangle it, and put it back together.
High-Intensity. You have experience in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, finance etc. - these are your real preferences, not your stated preferences.
Technical from First Principles. You can grok hard engineering and logic problems from a place of intuition, not memorization.
Intellectual Firepower. You cut through noise, synthesize, and get to the right answers fast.
Strong analytical mindset; experience with SQL is a plus (but not required)
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a tech company; ERP experience preferred
- Strong systems thinking with ability to analyze interconnected people, processes, and technology
- High-intensity, technical problem-solving skills and strong analytical mindset; SQL experience a plus
