Job Title Senior Analyst, Transformation Job Description Summary The Senior Analyst role within the Cushman & Wakefield transformation team is a critical role that supports development and delivery of business transformation solutions for business partners. The role enables value creation through levers such as process improvement and automation. The role will drive engagements from ideation through implementation, value capture and continuous improvement.

Job Description Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to design business processes, identify and execute process improvement Manage Agile solution delivery to drive project deliverables including business transformation and operational efficiency improvements Develop business cases inclusive of cost to achieve, benefit estimation and metric tracking for proposed initiatives Manage overall solution architecture, design and technical oversight of automation solutions, with an emphasis on stakeholder management Drive strategic insights and leverage data visualization from both

structured and unstructured data elements Identify and document interdependencies and inefficiencies between processes Collect, analyze and transform data for executive-level presentations & business cases Collaborate with senior leadership and business operations to deliver automation and transformation solutions Manage development team to ensure key activities are completed on time, and risks, issues and dependencies are clearly communicated to business stakeholders Candidates will not be responsible for coding in this role Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,

Information Technology, Engineering, Supply chain, MIS or related field.

Master’s degree or MBA is a plus Nice to have Certifications: PMI (CAPM or PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile CSM 2-3+ years of related experience in digital transformation, project management, advisory consulting/continuous improvement, or cross-functional service delivery role Ability to assess granular level details to facilitate strategic high-level decision making Excellent communication skills / relationship management/ client facing Strong attention to detail and data analysis including ability draw conclusions/ glean insights / tell a story through data Demonstrated organization skills,

including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate to upper management when necessary.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. Minimum requirements
