Job Description Position Summary The Pricing Analyst will help advance Revenue Growth Management capabilities by translating pricing, pack architecture, consumer, and competitive insights into clear recommendations that support growth and profitability across Constellation Brands Beer Portfolio. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate in-market performance, identify pricing and promotion opportunities, and support decision-making.
Key responsibilities include analyzing depletions, syndicated data, consumer panel, and other commercial data sources and developing actionable insights that inform pricing strategy. The position requires strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and collaboration with internal and external partners to influence recommendations that drive sustainable revenue, margin, and brand growth.
Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions Develop business performance insights and recommendations that help stakeholders make pricing and promotion decisions Using a fact-based approach, identify and articulate business issues and opportunities across key markets, brands, and packages for Sales & Marketing Leadership Teams. Contribute to and help operationalize and adopt new RGM capabilities, methodologies, frameworks, and data sources. Own the translation of advanced analytics into clear insights, recommendations, and decision-ready materials.
Integrate consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic understanding into insights that support and evolve CBI pricing strategies Model and evaluate pricing and promotion scenarios to assess potential impacts on volume, revenue, margin, mix, and marketplace execution. Develop executive-ready presentations and materials for Internal leadership, distributor, and retailer discussions. Apply RGM training and best practices to improve pricing processes, tools, and stakeholder capability. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Predictive Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus 3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue growth management, finance, sales strategy, category management, analytics, or related commercial roles; alcohol beverage or CPG industry experience preferred.
Data analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and the ability to efficiently navigate structured data systems, internal reporting tools, and BI platforms to pull, filter, structure, and validate large commercial datasets Experience building dashboards, recurring reports, and decision-support tools using Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar business intelligence platforms. Experience of commercial data sources, including Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, Numerator, retailer POS, scanner, panel, and depletions data.
Ability to analyze pricing, promotion, elasticity, price gaps, pack architecture, channel/customer performance, and mix impacts to identify actionable RGM opportunities. Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management methodologies, including pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, price-pack architecture, assortment/mix analysis, and marketplace execution. Experience translating advanced analytic modeling into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and decision-ready materials.
Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent time management, project planning, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, make ongoing decisions, and break down complex problems into manageable workstreams. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to share ideas across diverse audiences and produce high-quality deliverables that support business decisions.

Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
