Job Description: Manager, Market Strategic Finance The Manager, Market Strategic Finance is the primary finance partner to our Market Operations leaders, bringing clarity to local market P&Ls and building the reporting and planning infrastructure to support our growth. We're looking for a hands-on builder who is comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-growing company. actual variances Deliver and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual market financial reporting, and standardize KPIs and templates across markets Expand and automate our use of Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting process, including headcount planning with functional leads and the People team Partner with Accounting to leverage NetSuite data and keep planning models and accounting records aligned Continuously improve processes as our business grows Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with strong financial reporting experience; start-up and healthcare experience (ideally with exposure to value-based care or actuarial work) preferred Comfort with NetSuite (or a similar ERP) and a clear sense of what good financial reporting looks like; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus Strong understanding of 3-statement models, GAAP, and P&L drivers, with the ability to explain variances to non-finance leaders We take into account an individual’s qualifications,

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 5+ years in FP&A, corporate, or strategic finance.
- Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP; Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of 3-statement models, GAAP, P&L drivers, and ability to explain variances to non-finance leaders.
