Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Manager to join our Valuation Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, client-focused professional to manage sophisticated valuation engagements while helping drive innovation, mentorship, and business growth. As a trusted advisor, you'll work alongside accomplished professionals on a broad range of valuation projects, including pre-deal analyses, business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, tax valuations, and portfolio valuations.

You'll have the opportunity to influence client outcomes, develop future talent, and help advance the use of emerging technologies and AI within the valuation profession.

As a Manager, you will: Lead and manage valuation engagements from planning through delivery for external clients and internal audit support initiatives Serve as the day-to-day project leader across a diverse portfolio of valuation services, including pre-deal valuation, financial reporting, tax valuation, and portfolio valuation engagements Partner with practice leadership on business development initiatives, client relationship growth strategies, and market expansion opportunities Represent the firm through presentations, industry conferences, seminars, and thought leadership activities

Identify and manage project risks while maintaining high-quality client service and engagement profitability Mentor, coach, and develop professionals across the valuation team, providing ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and career development support Evaluate staff performance through engagement reviews and year-end assessment processes Help drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate technology and AI-enabled solutions into valuation processes and client engagements Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client

needs What You Bring to the Role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field CFA and/or ASA credential preferred 5+ years of experience performing valuation services within public accounting, consulting, investment banking, or a similar professional services environment Demonstrated expertise across multiple valuation disciplines, including pre-deal valuation, purchase price allocations, tax valuation, portfolio valuation, and asset or goodwill impairment analyses Advanced financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, and analytical

capabilities Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities Working knowledge of AI technologies and platforms, with a passion for leveraging innovative tools to enhance valuation analyses and engagement delivery Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues, and contribute to business development efforts What you can expect from us: Our shared values that foster inclusion and belonging including uncompromising integrity, collaboration, trust, and mutual respect The

We offer competitive compensation packages based on performance that recognize the value our people bring to our clients and our Firm. The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Minimum requirements
