The Data Support Coordinator will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and managing data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

This role will provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and act as a subject matter expert for the CRM software, data policies, and processes. The Data Support Coordinator will also provide direct internal client support via JIRA tickets. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. As Data Support Coordinator, you will: Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions. Act as a Subject Matter Expert concerning the CRM software and data policies and processes. Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management and analysis processes. What you bring to the role: 2+ years experience in data management and analysis. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members. Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel.

Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

• Minimum 2 years experience in data management and analysis with strong analytical skills
• Associate’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), attention to detail, and effective team collaboration skills
