Job Summary: Working closely with product and development parters, you will lead experience vision and coordinate work to support customer centric design excellence across eCommerce product teams.

What You Will Do: Deliver high-quality UX/UI design solutions Utilize emerging tools and workflows to support product and engineering partnerships Participate in design workshops and vision work for cross-functional teams. Bringing together business goals, product requirements, industry leading design standards, user research and insights. Work with your UX Lead and peers to aligning scope, timing, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across initiatives. Craft foundational experience artifacts such as data informed journey maps, personas and heuristic reviews.

Participate in design reviews and critiques to evolve and validate that proposed design solutions align with vision, requirements, existing architecture and established design systems. Track QA builds to identify and flag fidelity risks early, partnering with engineering to resolve issues. Monitor post‑launch evaluation metrics and support continuous improvements. What You Will Have: Creativity Knowledge of creative approaches and techniques for designing innovative eComm experiences. Level – Extensive Experience: Maintains balance between innovation and practicality.

Challenges conventional design approaches and explores new possibilities. Monitors emerging eComm UX/UI trends and evaluates their applicability. Finds new ways to approach complex design problems. Decision Making and Critical Thinking Ability to analyze user needs and make informed design decisions for eComm experiences. Level – Extensive Experience: Differentiates assumptions and validates design decisions objectively. Evaluates past design outcomes for continuous improvement. Predicts potential impact of design options across eComm digital channels.

Advises others on synthesizing data and assessing alternatives. Applies effective decision-making approaches for collaborative design. Human-Centered Design (HCD) Ability to design eCommerce experiences that meet real user needs and deliver business outcomes. Level – Extensive Experience: Defines objectives and scope Follows agile processes to assess end-user feedback and validate designs. Executes pilot testing and iterates prototypes based on evaluation results. Consults on complex scenarios and optimizes organizational strategies.

UX/UI Design Ability to design intuitive, effective eCommerce experiences. Level – Extensive Experience: Consults competitive approaches and utilizes mental models aligned to eComm best practices inclusive of AI enhanced experiences. Develops prototypes, user journeys, and design deliverables. Minimum requirements

  • Extensive experience in UX/UI design for eCommerce, including prototyping, user journeys, and AI-enhanced experiences.
  • Strong creativity and knowledge of innovative eCommerce design approaches and emerging UX/UI trends.
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to analyze user needs, validate design decisions, and apply human-centered design in agile environments.
