Manager, Network Brand Insights As Manager of Brand Insights for the Global Payments Network, you will lead strategic B2B and B2C research that shapes marketing strategy and positions our brand competitively in the marketplace. In this action-oriented role, you will build the brand insights function by establishing repeatable research frameworks, brand health tracking, and voice-of-customer programs in close partnership with Brand Leadership.

go-to-market strategies and high-impact content to engage our mix of audiences Analytical Rigor: drive structured problem-solving and decision-making by marrying conceptual strategy with a strong quantitative orientation Operational Excellence: Establish operating rhythms, ceremonies, and milestone tracking to drive organizational efficiency and project delivery People Leadership: May manage and develop a team of analysts.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience managing and growing associates At least 5 years of experience in a market research role Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in within financial services, payment networks, or B2B fintechs Experience leading brand health research Experience leading voice of customer research Experience with B2B and international research Exceptional executive presence and data-storytelling ability Strong track record of team leadership and people development At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Brand Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Brand New York, NY: $165,700 - $189,200 for Manager, Brand Riverwoods, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Brand Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
