About the role
Job Summary:
The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm‘s software systems.
Job Duties:
Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.
Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation
Other duties as required
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Education:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred
Experience:
Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
Experience within a professional services firm, preferred
License/Certifications:
N/A
Software:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required
Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems , required
Language:
N/A
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Displays superior verbal and written communication skills
Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
Possesses superior customer service skills
Ability to work in a deadline-drive environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals
Understands and maintains the confidentiality of all information
Excellent time management skills
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
Maryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr

Minimum requirements
