Job Description: This job is responsible for delivering either small end-to-end or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program.

Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals. This Senior Marketing Specialist role is responsible for driving the execution of online marketing, email and ATM Rewards programs.

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative and innovative team where you will partner across marketing and agencies to develop digital campaigns. The ability to combine critical thinking with diligent campaign delivery and execution is critical to this role. Responsibilities: Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive growth. Leverage digital channels, including mobile and desktop paid search, email, ATM, and placements on BofA and Merrill digital properties. Integrate closely with Marketing Strategy to develop digital channel plan and provide input on overall marketing strategy.

Lead and provide input during creative review routines to ensure customer experience alignment with strategy, measurement requirements, and channel fit guidelines Partner with teams inside and outside the organization, including strategy, digital channels, media, and agencies, to ensure integration. Regularly review and understand campaign performance in order to optimize and make strategic decisions. Understand how to uncover insights and leverage data to prioritize client messaging.

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of marketing campaign management or project management experience Self-motivated, positive attitude with proven ability to independently manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; strong relationship management skills Understands the importance of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear objectives; able to evaluate ideas, prioritize

initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance Enterprise mindset; demonstrated ability to consider impacts across the organization and prioritize accordingly Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) including leveraging Copilot Desired Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Financial services experience Presenting to groups of all levels Skills: Adaptability Collaboration Problem Solving Process Management Product Marketing and Branding Active
