Join Our Leadership Team as an Executive Business Partner – Drive Strategic Success from the Front Lines!
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting top executives and shaping organizational success? We’re looking for an Executive Business Partner who can be a trusted partner to our CEO and Executive Committee, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate and facilitate the agendas for ExCom meetings, ensuring focus on strategic priorities and key decisions.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and decision materials with accuracy and professionalism.
Track progress on strategic initiatives, escalate risks or delays, and ensure timely follow-through.
Manage the CEO’s and ExCom’s operating rhythm, including scheduling, governance meetings, and review cycles.
Support high-priority projects and initiatives, providing logistical and administrative support to drive success.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and correspondence to ensure smooth executive operations.
Serve as a trusted liaison across teams, providing regular updates and ensuring effective communication.
Assist in capturing and documenting decisions, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Services, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
1 to 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives, ideally in a strategic role.
Exceptional organizational skills and proactive time management to handle multiple complex projects.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience in project management or PMO roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based collaboration tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
A positive, resilient attitude with a “can-do” approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.

Salary range: USD $84,521 - $112,694 annually.
Annual Company & Performance based discretionary Bonus up to 15%
