As a Product Engineer on the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platform, you will design, develop, configure, and integrate enterprise solutions that support critical business functions, including risk management, compliance, auditing, business continuity, internal controls, and third-party risk oversight. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, reliable solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen operational performance.
The successful candidate will have experience working with the Fusion platform, Java, Spring Boot, application programming interfaces, and enterprise integrations, along with a passion for automation, continuous improvement, and delivering innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platform Development Configure, enhance, and support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance platform capabilities that help strengthen risk oversight and business decision-making.
Partner with business and technology teams throughout the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Build and maintain workflows, assessments, questionnaires, forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve efficiency and visibility. Deliver solutions that support risk management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit programs, and third-party risk oversight. Investigate and resolve platform issues while collaborating with vendors and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions.
Support platform upgrades, new feature releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. Integration and Solution Development Design, develop, and implement integrations between the Fusion platform and enterprise applications. Build integration services connecting governance, risk, and compliance solutions with finance, human resources, procurement, data, analytics, identity management, and service management systems. Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions aligned with enterprise technology standards. Product Delivery and Collaboration Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and business partners to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions. Participate in iterative planning, prioritization, demonstrations, and continuous improvement activities. Transform business requirements into technical designs and actionable development plans. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and project timelines.
Support user testing, solution adoption, and successful production deployments. Operational Excellence Provide ongoing production support and timely resolution of application and integration issues. Perform root cause analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges. Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability while identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. Support release planning, deployment activities, and change management processes. Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational best practices.
Security, Risk, and Compliance Apply secure software development practices throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure solutions align with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Support audit and compliance initiatives through technical expertise and documentation. Implement effective monitoring, logging, and access controls to protect systems, applications, and data. Required Technical Skills Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform.
Knowledge of enterprise risk management, operational risk management, compliance management, audit management, internal controls, policy management, third-party risk management, and business continuity. Experience configuring workflows, assessments, questionnaires, forms, dashboards, reports, user security, and business rules. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions that support risk and compliance programs. Experience troubleshooting platform issues and driving enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility, and user experience.
Experience Seven or more years of software development experience preferred. Two or more years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. Experience delivering enterprise platform implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to design and deliver impactful solutions. Experience supporting business-critical applications in complex enterprise environments.
