You Are: An experienced UKG HR Lead with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to grow and scale our Technology & Operations (T&O) UKG business.

You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams. The Work: As a UKG HR Lead & Escalation Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding operations, improving processes, and ensuring governance and compliance across client environments.

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and enabling team members to deliver high-quality solutions Leading the rollout of new processes and identifying opportunities to improve existing workflows Conducting audits to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Maintaining governance standards and facilitating administrative oversight Job Responsibilities: Functional Knowledge: Strong experience with HR processes Escalation Management: Ability to support all aspects of configuration, implementation, enhancement, and escalations Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive

functional and technical documentation, including training materials and implementation plans Data Analysis & Communication: Analyze complex data sets and present insights in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders Thought Leadership: Drive continuous improvement by developing new processes, methodologies, and tools based on practical experience and best practices Team Development: Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to consulting teams Governance & Compliance: Lead escalation governance meetings and ensure all reporting and compliance requirements are met Travel may be

required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready HR Core and Value Add Modules (Performance, Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, ACA, and Learning) Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. HR compliance, including federal regulations and best practices Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience Bonus Points If: You have team lead experience You have experience working with offshore teammates You have UKG Ready Certifications You have led customer escalations Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
