About the role

We are: Finance Reinvention and we help the world's leading Financial Services organizations reinvent finance with AI at the core. We provide end-to-end services — from strategy through delivery and managed operations — that address the unique challenges faced by Finance executives in banking, insurance and capital markets, helping them lead a more efficient, resilient and value-creating Finance function powered by data, automation and a strong ecosystem of technology partners.

Our Planning & Performance Analysis (P&PA) capability focuses on Financial Services, turning financial data into forward-looking conviction through connected planning, AI-driven forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision intelligence that helps banking, insurance, and capital markets leaders navigate volatility and move boldly. You are: An analytical problem-solver drawn to how finance functions actually work — and how they could work better.

You are comfortable in a model, in a dataset, and in front of a client, and you want to build depth in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, and AI-enabled planning. You gather requirements, configure models and reports, test the logic, and turn analysis into insights that inform real client decisions. You produce accurate, complete, client-ready deliverables that you own end to end.

The work: Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions on leading EPM platforms under the direction of a workstream lead Configure and test agentic FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and variance commentary Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics that clients use to steer the business Work with emerging AI and EPM platform capabilities as they reach the market, and help translate them into something a finance function can use Gather and document requirements through client interviews and working sessions;

translate them into functional designs and build specifications Perform finance data analysis — profiling source data, validating model outputs, and testing results against client baselines Produce clear, client-ready deliverables: process documentation, design artifacts, dashboards, and executive summaries Support testing, training, and deployment activities through go-live and stabilization Contribute to practice assets — reusable templates, configuration accelerators, and internal knowledge-sharing Build financial services domain knowledge across banking, insurance, and capital markets

through client work and structured learning Ability to travel up to 25–50%, commensurate with client engagement requirements Here’s what you need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or EPM implementation — in a consulting, professional services, or corporate finance environment Bachelor's degree Bonus points if: You have financial services experience — in banking, insurance, or capital markets, whether through consulting engagements or an in-house role You have hands-on build or configuration experience in an EPM platform, or hold a

platform certification such as Anaplan Model Builder You have worked with AI, GenAI, automation, or advanced analytics applied to a finance process You are comfortable with SQL, Python, or a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI You have exposure to financial services regulatory or reporting frameworks such as DFAST, CECL, RBC for insurance, or Basel/CRR You have an advanced degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field, or are working toward a CPA or CFA Exposure to at least one EPM platform (Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, OneStream, or Workday Adaptive

Planning) through implementation, administration, or hands-on use Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and the ability to work with large or imperfect datasets Experience producing client-ready or executive-ready deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
