They mentor more junior team members and build strong and collaborative cross-functional relationships. The Associate Design Director presents work internally to stakeholders and directly to clients.

Job Responsibilities Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and solution-oriented feedback Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables Conduct group ideation sessions Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and

independently, with minor support from more senior design leads Basic Qualifications Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
