The Opportunity This is not a remote opportunity. Traveling up to 10 % Lake County Manufacturing Site currently has an opportunity for a Senior Manager of Site Supply Chain.

The incumbent will plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of end-to-end supply, including raw material procurement, intermediate and finishing manufacturing and associated inventory to ensure inventory levels are maintained within both supply and cost expectations and delivery targets are achieved. Manage day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

Activities may include materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, production activity support services, intermediate supply management, and finished goods delivery. Develop and implement schedules and procedures. Allocate resources to meet targets across all areas of site planning, production activity control, and scheduling. Liaise with functional and operational area managers (e.g., in manufacturing, quality, engineer and R&D) to ensure supply activities are integrated with other parts of the business.

Select and manage ongoing relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to minimize costs and ensure satisfactory standards of service. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met. Required Qualifications Associates Degree Minimum 7 years work related experience.
